Terms of Use

These terms apply to the Glucoh app, made by Synikaa (India). By using Glucoh you agree to them.

What Glucoh is

Glucoh is a wellness and food-awareness app. It estimates how a meal may affect blood sugar and suggests general food swaps. It is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and it does not give insulin or medicine advice. Estimates can be wrong. Do not change any treatment based on Glucoh; always follow your doctor.

Your account

You are responsible for the readings and information you enter, and for who you share your family code with. Anyone you connect can see your meals and readings until you remove them.

Glucoh Pro

Some features need a Glucoh Pro subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase, bought through the App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel in your store account settings; cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. One plan covers the family members connected to the buyer's account.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other people's data, or interfere with its operation.

Liability

Glucoh is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Synikaa is not liable for decisions made on the basis of estimates in the app.
